So, I was looking for something unique for one of my favorite neices for the holidays. Something - personal...so I stumbled upon Baublebar. It's high end, edge - costume jewelry and much of it can be personalized. You can create your own jewelry! What's the best about this company? The customer service.

So, never having used this comapny before...I ordered the necklace. I choose a long necklace, two of the initial bars and one of the initial disc charms. I chose this based on the names of her children's initial and one for her husband.

I messed up. Really messed up - I put in the wrong address when I ordered!! So, I called them. It was an an undeliverable address so was being returned to the company. Either way...I called to order another one, thinking I would just pay for it and would be credited for the return once it arrived. Nope, they wouldn't h

ave it. They sent me out another right away once they saw that the first package was being returned.

Needless to say - I got the present right before traveling for the Holidays and they saved Christmas! I was so pleased. Also, this company has great deals and promotions and it's not expensive for what you get either. I will be shopping from them again, great company with great customer service.
